LRJ Foundation has expanded its services from our standard classroom lectures to virtual takeovers, and NEW Summer Workshops! Currently offered for students in rising 6th-12th grade.
We support, advocate, and strengthen mental wellness through a variety of topics that include but are not limited to:
- maintaining good self-esteem and awareness
- learning to manage stress and anxiety when faced with pressures or expectations
- how to avoid procrastination and remove distractions for better academic success
- improving relationships with others, through leadership and communication skills
- and recognizing emotions and coping with stressors from day to day occurrences.
Furthermore, the interactive workshops meet students where they are at by utilizing appropriate language for elementary, middle, and high school students.
*Sessions will be 15-20 minutes in length. Please note these workshops are not counseling or therapy sessions, they are educational platforms with life skills to support emotional concerns and increase motivation for better. Parental consent is required.
